Welcome to LIFTA AU. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or hiring equipment from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our services, including customers purchasing or hiring our equipment, visitors to our website, and those interacting with us via social media or email.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products & Services
LIFTA AU designs and supplies lifting equipment primarily for solar panel installations. Product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Availability: While we aim to keep our stock levels accurate, availability may vary. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or a refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD. We accept payments through approved gateways and secure methods. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed in full.
For hired equipment, a security bond may apply. Terms will be specified in the hire agreement.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Pickup is available from our warehouse in Guildford, NSW.
Local delivery is available within a 35km radius.
Freight shipping is available Australia-wide.
We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but are not liable for delays caused by third-party freight or courier services.
5. Warranty
Our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthoriSed modifications.

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused products in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Custom orders or hired equipment are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
7. Hire Terms (if applicable)
If hiring a LIFTA AU product:
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
The hirer is responsible for loss or damage during the hire period.
A signed hire agreement may be required prior to equipment release.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, brand names, text, graphics, videos, and other content produced by LIFTA AU are the intellectual property of LIFTA AU and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
LIFTA AU will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our products or services, including but not limited to installation issues, third-party shipping errors, or misuse of equipment.
Use of our products is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure proper setup and safe operation.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, nor to interfere with the operation of our website or business. Harassment, abuse, or fraud of any kind will result in immediate suspension of service and potential legal action.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
